  • We currently accept prepaid online payments only.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • For international orders, shipping rates and timelines will be calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges (except in case of defective/damaged items) are to be borne by the customer.
