Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation of payment.

Since our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer. If so, we’ll keep you informed.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

For international orders, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

International shipping charges are based on destination and weight of the parcel.

Delays & Responsibility

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Sleepy Tales by Mahira is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.

In case your parcel is undelivered and returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
