Return & Exchange Policy - After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, the following conditions apply:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email.
  • We'll respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Once the returned item is received and quality-checked, we'll issue a credit note or process an exchange, as preferred.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of size.

Please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing products:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the parcel bag and the product
  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Any complaints about product damage made after delivery will be assessed but are not guaranteed to be eligible for return.
